terms

the arrangement between us.

when you cross in, join a circle, or take a seat, you and nina moore (“we,” the person behind she who becomes) agree to what’s below. it’s written plainly on purpose. where money changes hands, the exact terms matter — those are set out under paying and cancelling & refunds.

what you can join

there are a few distinct offers here, and they work differently:

the community — free.

crossing in with your name and email is free, and stays free. you can leave at any time; ask us and we’ll close your corner.

portal poem — the writing circle.

a recurring subscription, €40 a month, billed each month until you cancel. cancel any time, with no notice and no reason asked; your access runs to the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and the current month is not refunded or prorated. recordings are kept and open to you for as long as you’re a member.

the threshold.

an eight-week cohort you join by application, paid once per cohort at the price shown when you apply on the threshold. a seat is for you — it is non-transferable and cannot be resold or given to someone else. two seats each cohort are held for women who cannot pay; the scholarship terms are described there too.

sittings — one to one.

nina’s one-to-one work, booked and paid per session on sittings. any terms specific to a sitting are shown there at the time of booking and apply alongside these.

paying

payments are taken by stripe. prices are shown in eur or usd depending on the offer, and, where required, include or exclude tax as noted at checkout. by paying, you confirm the details you give are yours and accurate.

cancelling & refunds

the subscription. cancel portal poem whenever you like — no notice, no reason asked. you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you’re not billed again after that.

the eu 14-day right to change your mind. if you’re a consumer in the eu/uk, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase for a full refund. there is an important carve-out for services: once a service has begun with your consent — a cohort that has started, a sitting already held, a live circle you’ve taken part in — that right can be reduced or lost for the part already delivered, because it can’t simply be handed back like a physical good. when you check out for one of these, you’ll be asked to acknowledge that performance may begin before the 14 days are up.

her actual refund policy. beyond that statutory minimum: once a cohort has begun, or a sitting has been held, that part isn’t refundable — a seat held for you is a seat someone else on the list didn’t get. before a cohort begins, write to her directly if your circumstances change; she reads these herself and will find a fair way through rather than hold you to a rule that doesn’t fit. a missed circle or sitting isn’t refunded, but write to her about it too.

to cancel or ask about a refund, write to hello@nina-moore.com.

what we ask of you

your corner is yours — don’t share your access or let someone else in on it. treat the women here, and nina, with the care this space is built on. don’t copy, record, or republish her letters, the recordings, or another woman’s writing shared in a circle.

whose words are whose

nina’s letters, prompts, and recordings remain hers. your access is a permission to read and take part, not ownership of the work. what you write stays yours; we don’t claim it, sell it, or use it to train anything. if she ever wants to share something you wrote, she’ll ask you first.

what this is not

this space holds women through real and often tender thresholds, but it is not therapy, medical care, or legal or financial advice, and nothing here is a substitute for them. if you’re in crisis or need urgent help, please reach a qualified professional or emergency service where you are.

changes, and the law

we may update these terms; if a change matters, we’ll say so here and, where it’s significant, by email. this version is dated 13 july 2026.

nothing here limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

who you're agreeing with

she who becomes is run by nina moore. for anything about these terms, write to hello@nina-moore.com. a formal legal-entity name and registered address will be added here once her business registration is finalised.

how we handle what you give us lives in the privacy note. anything unclear? write to nina.
